Jacob CM, LLC and LoyaWilke Architects, LLP are owned and operated by Al Loya, AIA, CNU-A. Mr. Loya’s vision to create a vertically integrated team to provide our industrial developer clients in the El Paso Region with a “Turn-Key” Design-Build delivery, coupled with our general construction services. This provides a unique approach that has not been available in the City of El Paso, Texas and Santa Teresa, New Mexico.
On the design side of the team, LoyaWilke Architects, LLP is poised to provide complete Architectural and Engineering services. Our extensive experience in the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industry has allowed our practice to flourish and provide outstanding professional services for our clients. We are a highly technically trained firm that has completed numerous high-quality projects. Our staff has big firm experience and abundance of resources that allows us to compete on a national level with international firms.
Jacob CM firm leaders have over 60-years of combined experience with a complete staff to provide all the required support any size of project will require. Being a locally founded firm, we know the standards for any construction type. We provide complete construction with a team of sub contractors that specialized in industrial/warehouse construction and tenant build outs. We have a deep history and great track record in completing large scale projects with our subcontractor team. Our project scheduling and production is streamlined to ensure that we can meet the tightest delivery schedules, regardless of the size and complexity of the project.
